Our Commissioned Standard
All garments are made to order specifically for you based on your measurements and design selections. All commissioned garments are final sale.
Once your order is confirmed and production begins, your garment cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece is custom-made to your specific measurements, production begins immediately after order confirmation, and made-to-order items cannot be resold to other customers.
The Only Exception
If we make an error on our end and send you the wrong design from what you ordered, the wrong size from what you specified, or a defective garment with manufacturing issues, we will make it right immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos documenting the issue.
Our Resolution Process
Step 1: Contact us at 1-888-905-8659 within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Send photos documenting the issue.
Step 3: Our team reviews and responds within 24 hours.
Step 4: If the error is ours, we produce and ship a corrected garment at no charge.
What Is NOT Covered
Fit issues that can be corrected through standard tailoring, buyer’s remorse or change of mind, color variations due to monitor or screen settings, normal wear and tear, and any alterations made by a third-party tailor.
Why This Policy Exists
Unlike off-the-rack retailers, every Malik Alexander garment is commissioned specifically for the customer. We cannot resell a garment made to someone else’s measurements. Our Triple-Lock Verification process ensures your order is correct before production begins.
