Because every garment is cut to your specific measurements, we do not hold inventory. Your piece is created solely for you. All commissioned garments are final sale once production begins.
This is why we developed the Triple-Lock Verification process. We triple-check all measurements and specifications before production begins.
Production & Delivery Timeframes
Standard Production + Shipping: 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
Rush Production + Shipping: 5–7 business days (additional $50 fee).
Production Time: 1–2 business days before shipment begins.
Your garment is made to order specifically for you. Production begins immediately after order confirmation. You will receive tracking information via text and email once your garment ships.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.
Rush Shipping: $50 additional fee.
Geographic Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your garment completes production and ships, you will receive tracking information via text message and email. If you do not receive tracking within the stated production time, contact us at 1-888-905-8659.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours.
Delayed Shipments: During peak prom season (March–May), slight delays may occur. We recommend ordering 6–8 weeks before your event.
Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damage is visible, photograph the box and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
Order Early for Prom
Recommended ordering timeline: 6–8 weeks before prom. This allows time for made-to-order production (7–10 days), delivery confirmation, local tailoring for hemming (3–5 days), and buffer for any unexpected issues.
If ordering 2–4 weeks before prom: select rush shipping and schedule your tailor in advance.
