Size Chart & Measurement Guide
Everything you need to get the perfect fit. Custom-made to your exact measurements.
How to Measure Yourself
Getting accurate measurements is crucial for your custom tuxedo. Follow this guide carefully, and have someone help you for the best results.
1. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
2. Shoulders
Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across your back. This is where the sleeve meets the body of your shirt.
3. Sleeve Length
From the center back of your neck, over your shoulder, down to your wrist bone. Keep your arm slightly bent.
4. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline (where you normally wear your pants). Keep the tape comfortably snug.
5. Inseam
From your crotch to the bottom of your ankle bone. This determines pant length.
Pro Tips for Accurate Measurements
- ✓ Have someone else measure you – it’s much more accurate
- ✓ Wear form-fitting clothes or just underwear for best results
- ✓ Stand naturally – don’t suck in or puff out your chest
- ✓ Use a fabric measuring tape, not a metal one
- ✓ Measure twice to confirm accuracy

How to Measure Yourself
Getting accurate measurements is crucial for your custom gown. Follow this guide carefully, and have someone help you for the best results.
1. Bust Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
2. Waist Circumference
Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso). Keep the tape comfortably snug but not tight.
3. Hip Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Stand with feet together for accuracy.
4. Front Skirt Length
From your natural waist down to where you want the hem to fall. Typically floor-length (47 inches) for formal gowns.
5. Front Top Edge & Back Top Edge
Measurements for the neckline opening. These ensure proper fit across the bust line and back.
6. Front Armhole (Scye)
Measure from the top of your shoulder down to where the armhole ends. Critical for sleeveless gowns.
Pro Tips for Accurate Measurements
- ✓ Have someone else measure you – it’s much more accurate
- ✓ Wear form-fitting undergarments (what you’ll wear with the gown)
- ✓ Stand naturally with good posture
- ✓ Use a fabric measuring tape, not a metal one
- ✓ Measure twice to confirm accuracy
- ✓ Take measurements at your widest/narrowest points
The Coronation Fit Specifications
“Precision is the difference between a guest and a Sovereign.” Use this chart as a starting point. Every gown is custom-made to your exact measurements after our stylist verifies everything.
The Malik Alexander Fit Guide
THE ARCHITECTURE: Our gowns feature a standard front skirt length of 47.0 inches across all sizes to ensure a consistent, regal floor sweep.
THE PRECISION: Every piece is engineered with exactness, from the 1/2 Front Top Edge (ranging from 6.19 to 6.94 inches) to the meticulously calculated Front Armhole (ranging from 4.94 to 5.69 inches).
THE ARMOR: Due to the density of crystals and crystal applications, the fabric has a “Low-Stretch/High-Hold” profile. Always measure your waist and hips at their widest and narrowest points respectively to ensure the aggressive “Main Character” cinch remains comfortable.
