Terms and Conditions
By commissioning a piece from Malik Alexander, a brand of Flat Planet Import LLC, you agree to the following terms.
Custom Commission: All pieces are made-to-order based on measurements you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Malik Alexander is not liable for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of order to secure your commission. The remaining balance is due before shipping. All sales are final once production has begun.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of a manufacturing defect only. Size exchanges and personal preference returns are not accepted.
Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Malik Alexander. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Design Exclusivity: Each Malik Alexander piece is custom-commissioned to the individual customer's exact measurements. Malik Alexander does not guarantee that the same design will not be commissioned by other customers. Exclusivity of fit is guaranteed. Exclusivity of design is not, unless a specific written exclusivity agreement is entered into at the time of commission for an additional fee. Customers who require design exclusivity should contact a stylist before ordering.
SMS Messaging Terms
Message Types: When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Flat Planet Import LLC, DBA Malik Alexander, you can expect to receive order confirmations, stylist communications, commission status updates, delivery notifications, and if you separately opt in to marketing messages, new collection announcements and exclusive commission windows.
How to Cancel: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
